Easy but then there was a glitch
Easy to register my first two dogs. After I logged out though, I couldn't register the third pet. The site kept logging me out. :o( I reached out to customer service for help.

Hi Kim, if you log in to your pet parent portal you can add your third furry friend by clicking Add a Pet. Please use your same account email and password when you move through the flow. It sounds like a Customer Service team member has reached out to you too, but of course let us know if we can help you further!

Once the system was fixed it was easy to register Haven’t had an emergency so I haven’t had to use the insurance and I pray I never have another emergency

Great price and coverage.
Great price/coverage. I haven’t used the insurance for my dog yet, but the thought of insuring dogs no matter their age is commendable.
