Acknowledging their mistakes
*UPDATE* They have since reviewed the original claim and approved it after acknowledging the mistake on their end. Still unnecessarily stressful for me but glad they fixed the issue. They abuse the fine writing. My dog had a hip issue and they covered it. Issue happened again and needed surgery and they refused to cover it this time while claiming its a "pre-existing" condition although they covered the original accident. They are totally useless. Not worth it, get anyone else.

I think it’s hard for us to have you…
I think it’s hard for us to have you take the payment every month sometimes we just have to wait until we get our other bills pay, you should give themselves little time before they have you take the amount out of their accounts

I have to tried to sign up before and…
I have to tried to sign up before and it wouldn't let me at all. I have not change address or any at all. So I feel a little upset about it .I see how it works when I have to use services.

Hi Lamar, I am so sorry that this has been so frustrating. There’s not a way to restart an old policy. Instead, you can open a new policy (with the same pet name) within your previous pet parent account. Log in and click Add a New Pet to get started! Experience was ok
Experience was ok. Not as easy as I expected. Never received any type of account number or exact effective date as to when i can actually use this insurance or even how to file a claim. I expected all of this info to be given to me ad soon as i signed up for this insurance for my pet.

Advertisement says cost is $14 but my account was charged $23. Big difference!

Hi Frances, we're sorry to see you're disappointed with our pricing. We do try our best to be crystal clear about our monthly premiums. We just looked you up and see a charge of $14 has gone through which is what we advertise as our base plan. This plan covers any future unexpected accidents and illnesses. The $23 premium must have been charging you the extra $9 for our Wellness Care plan which adds extra coverage for routine and preventative treatment. This additional coverage adds on another $9 to the monthly premium. Our records show that only $14 was charged however, if you see an error of payment on your end, please give us a call at 855.434.3744. so we can clear this up! Took three days to register
Took three days to register. I was on my new Samsung galaxy phone and I could not get my registration to go through. I switched my browser to Firefox instead 9f google Chrome, and my registration finally went rhrough.
