Now, I just need to know how and when to file a claim or if clinic takes care of it?

Hi Karen, filing a claim is simple! We ask that you log in to the pet parent account you created during sign-up. From there, we'll process your claim within a matter of days. If your claim is approved, you'll be reimbursed directly, not the vet.
