having to mail my vet bill because I don't have a scanner seems a little unfair. There should another way besides mail or scan for Bivvy to receive my vet bill.

You can file a claim in your pet parent account or submit a clear picture of the vet bill. Our customers love the convenience of submitting a clear, smartphone photo!
