You always have access to your policy documents in your pet parent account or you can contact our customer care team at [email protected] for a copy of your policy. Since we reimburse our customers for the qualified care, we skip the hassle of insurance cards and networks and give our pet parents the power to choose their vet. Your vet doesn’t have to accept insurance, or even know you’re covered, for your insurance to work!
