I have not needed to use the insurance at this time but have to wanted to sign my dogs up. Signing up online was easy. We have been using Chewy for several years and feel loyal to this company so buying insurance was a ‘no-brained’. Hopefully I won’t need to use it but with the cost for routine vet care, it’s always good to have a back up plan.

It was hard to finally get my membership. Took me several times. How do I send in a bill? He was neutered. Does Bivvy pay for that?

Hi Jan, we're sorry to see you had trouble! You can open a claim by logging in to your pet parent account and clicking Submit A Claim. We don't cover neutering procedures.

Hi Dwight, if you called outside of our business hours you can simply leave us a message and we'll call you back! We don't use insurance cards as with Bivvy you can go to any vet.
