Very transparent & doesn't discriminate against breeds
I am very new to this so I may update my review later. I chose this insurance because I became a pet owner 3 days ago. Due to Covid, it is difficult to get a walk-in Vet appointment. The previous owner never took them to the vet and I chose this insurance since it didn't discriminate against Athena & Zeus breed and needing a visit prior to insurance approval.

Chat with a Vet is a plus
I bought the insurance the day my puppy got bitten by a rattle snake. But I had the opportunity to chat with a vet and according to his expertise asked me to take my dog to the vet hospital. My furry baby is safe and sound. I love the option to chat with a vet. I was able to act and know what to do.
