They took a little while to help me solve my problem, but they finally did it, and that's what counts in my opinion. Also, the attentiveness and care with which they did it. It did take some days but I was never left hanging or waiting for too long, and always was spoken to with respect and patience. The best thing the app has is its customer services, by far! Functionality-wise it's decent. Works as expected.

Bitwage service is very good! I had a problem not related to Bitwage and Julián (customer support) helped me resolve the problem. It is of great value to have someone on the other side. Thank you so much!

I've been using Bitwage for just about over 2 years now, I've never had a single issue with them! I remember emailing their support with some questions about allocating my funds, they responded very quick! (Shoutout to Julian!)

Hayley at Bitwage answered my email about trouble upgrading promptly and fixed the problem and even gave me a free month of premium. She went above and beyond and that’s rare these days. Would recommend
