They took a little while to help me solve my problem, but they finally did it, and that's what counts in my opinion. Also, the attentiveness and care with which they did it. It did take some days but I was never left hanging or waiting for too long, and always was spoken to with respect and patience. The best thing the app has is its customer services, by far! Functionality-wise it's decent. Works as expected.

They could improve the onboarding experience as sometimes the OTP doesn't work on SMS and I had to get support to get my account setup. So far I only had 2 small transactions and it went well. They need to improve the BTC/USD rate transparency though. They show the rate and on checking the rate comparison with Binance 1 of my transactions was on market price and the other was 4.2% higher than the highest market price. This makes it hard to know what amount of BTC I will get beforehand.

Facilidad en la operatoria, le coloco 4 estrellas ya que la primera vez estuve +3 días esperando una transferencia y hasta que no consulté con soporte (respondió rápidamente) no tuve la información que la transferencia había llegado con otro nombre. ( una mejora podría ser que informen a los usuarios nuevos que si la transferencia recibida no está al nombre queda en stand-by. ) Se resolvió el mismo día.

They provide an amazing service, the customer support is just outstanding. If they were a little cheaper I'd definitely give 5 stars.

Great service. It took me a while to get my payment delivered (due to miscommunication with MY employer, not bitwage's fault) and I got excellent support by Ramiro Raposo in their slack channel. I finally got my payment as expected. The only thing to improve for me would be the spread - fee scheme. My wage is in Euros, I got payed by bitwage in cUSD (CELO), and the exchange rate was a bit away from optimal (2,5% spread + 2% fee = 4,5%). I would like to see cEUR implemented as a distribution option since that would diminish the spread loss.
