Last month the payment was delayed 2 days, this month the payment is delayed 4 days already and no support at all. Already sent 3 emails since yesterday and no replies at all.
Definitely canceling my account and please don't use it at all.

Hi Jennifer! Sorry again, that was an issue with our GT banking partner. Now that we've solved would you kindly re-review? Have a great day:)

Damn. Bad Company
Damn. This is one of the worstest third party payment you could use out there.
Delayed payment. Always paying when they feel like.
They need to be eradicated.

Unprofessional and bad company
Absolutely atrocious website and company, I sent a transaction through them. 1 week later it has not been processed and even worse it's GONE! I contact this support person Julian about it, gave him the necessary information he asked for and he is also GONE! Literally not responding for days. I would highly advise not using this company at all, very unprofessional.

I think they don't exist anymore
I think they don't exist anymore. Their support team does not respond. Emailed them, tried to reach through the website. But no response at all.

Hi Arafat! I replied to you on Google. I see there was an issue regarding a limitation for us to serve yours or your employer's location. Please write to [email protected] so we can try looking over it again.

Saludos.

Shitshow of a company
You would not expect such an unprofessional behaviour from the company that deals with your money. But apparently, for bitwage it's normal to change their own decisions at the snap of a finger, charge for the services that were never provided and patronize a witch-hunt against Russian nationals.
I'm a russian national with a permanent European residence and have been living in Europe for the last 7 years. I've decided to give this company a try.
I've submitted all documents, paid for the premium subscription and my application was approved. The whole process took only a couple of hours and I was happy, but not for long.
In a couple of days, they RETROACTIVELY denied my application without even emailing me and didn't refund for the service I've never received.
As per them, the government and banks put "pressure" on them.
Quote: "The government and banks put pressure on companies to do this, and it is against the law to break that rule." "To do this", to do exactly what?
Please, bitwage, show me this law I am eager to read this.
For all EU/US companies, your nationality doesn't matter. What matters is where you currently reside.
After been ghosted for a week, (looks like they only have one person in support)
I've requested to escalate my request to the supervisor or a senior leadership team but my request was also ignored.
It it a shame seeing US and European companies patronize racism and foment a witch-hunt against Russian nationals.
It's already a shame being Russian and I did everything in my power to move myself out of that country 7 years before the war started. Punishing ALL Russian nationals for the actions of ONE man is not okay.
We're not your enemy. He is.
