It has been more than a year using Bitwage already, the service is fairly good (it's not a bank) and the customer service is really friendly and responsive. I did have a couple of delays but it didn't take away the good overall experience. Even though I had those issues I still want to give Bitwage 5 starts because I know they still have room for improvement. I'd say first improvement should be getting that stablecoin fee down to 1% because the market is offering a few more options as of today like Utoppia, WallBit and Ping... so ideally having several options makes it better for us the customers =)

The experience was great. The support staff were super helpful and guided my hand through two payments. I really appreciated all the help. It was really amazing, as someone receiving forex transfers to not have to beg for my money from the bank.

Wonderful service! I am always skeptical of most HR platforms that make you switch from what you're used to, but Bitwage far surpassed all my expectations! The platform is very intuitive with great UX. And when I ran into any issues, their customer support was IMMEDIATELY available to hop on a call or on a quick text chat. HIGH recommend using Bitwage!!!
