I have been using this exchange for several years. For one they have a 50 USD withdrawal charge which is high. Now they want me to do a special KYC in the name of security to get my funds back even tho there is no reason for it. Never seen anything like this they are skimming money from the average Joe and Jane.

I am never treated like this by other exchanges. The perfection needed to get a photo ID is crazy. The back and forwards to get the account activated was extreme and took a couple weeks. I had to email directly all the photos then I had to do it again to upload it to the site. I'm sure everyone on the internet has my drivers license now.

They will start charging inactive accounts but don't even allow you to even view the balance before giving them your id, scam website stay away.

Nach 2 Jahren wurde meine Konto gesperrt wegen Inaktivität. Ich sollte angeblich eine KYC (Bestätigung meiner Identität) durchführen. Die habe ich 3 Mal gemacht bis ich feststellen musste, dass der Support mein Konto nicht freischalten möchte, sondern inaktiv lassen will. Die Börse geht hier mit dubiosen Methoden vor. Finger weg. Man verliert hier sämtliche Ansprüche auf sein Konto und damit die verbundenen Vermögenswerte. Ich kann nur davon abraten. Ich habe auf mehreren bekannten Börsen, wie Binance, Bitfinex und Kucoin, eine KYC erfolgreich durchgeführt und kann behaupten, dass mir die Prozedur wohl bekannt ist. Aber so etwas wie auf Bittrex ist mir noch nie untergekommen.

Do not trust Bittrex!!! I sent my coin worth 13K to Bittrex, it has left my account with the receipt to my Bittrex account but it has never arrived/ not shown on Bittrex. Try to contact customer service about it, but they can't help it (or they won't?). so it is just gone now. I never had this problem with my other account.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen,these guys don't deserve to stay in the crypto marketplace! I’m a beginner yeah, with their interface you can easily get lost.I've deposited some fiat money but nothing was transferred into my account.Run of this platform guys if you don’t want headache. I’m struggling to get a response.,they don’t give a monkey on their customers. DON’T RECOMMEND

I’ve been a customer since 2017 and traded thousands of dollars on bittrex. I went to change my email login with them and it escalated into being locked out of my account for over a year. You go back and forth with these children in customer support who just play games with you. They force you to submit three photos with ID, and claim they’re aren’t good enough. Let alone I answered all their questions about when I opened the account and specific transactions no one else could know. I just want to set up my API’s and get my transactions for tax purposes and be done with this clown act, but I can not get access to my account. Thank God I always withdraw funds after transactions or they would have my assets hostage!
