Disabling account for no reason and no good answer from support team. The account has not been enabled after 50 hours. And if it wasn't suspicious enough, it happened right before the hard fork!!!

no response from support for 2 weeks, the price is high for withdrawing low amount. No way to use 2 conditional orders at the same time. Just could be better.

These guys are NOT yet licensed in WA State. They have farmed out Customer Service to India, with typical poor training, language skills, technical or financial knowledge. They claim three addresses, all are suspect, Redmond WA. as a Corp., Ls Vegas, NV as an LLC, and NY according to the above review. Which is it? They publish a support email address they DO NOT ANSWER (support at bittrex.com) - they refuse to credit micro-deposits used to confirm a good transfer address. Their phone support is non-existent. Looks and walks like SKAM, - DO NOT SIGN UP UNTIL YOU HAVE A POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIALOG!!

I had a severe loss due to Bittrex. Six months back i had opened an account with Bittrex, and gradually purchasing Bitcoins and Ethereum. Two weeks ago my account was worth of 23000 SGD approx. Suddenly the next day, i was shocked to see account balance was 0. Could see someone from this site logged in and sold all my Internet Coins and my account was clean sweep. When i reported this problem to them, they told my account was hacked. How the heck my account get hacked ????????. I always access the site in my Mac and with a very complex password, no one can hack unless guys in BITTREX itself (to be called as FACKTREX). I lost 1 year of my savings within a day. So, dear friends, please don't ever invest in BITTREX, else you will REPENT later.

hello everyone, My bittrex account has been hacked on 14 August. I've enable 2FA but this hackers has create the API key without 2FA and withdraw all my ETHEREUM. When i looked into my logon history, i found one of my logon its not my IP. The IP address is from Belgium. People always blame me that i'm not activate 2FA, bla..bla..bla.. but i'm 100% sure i'm not to stupid to make a deal without security. I hope Bittrex Support can look into this and please make the security more stabile. For now, i'm very sure there have a security loopholes.

I mistakenly sent over $2K to a bitcoin wallet rather than a bitcoin cash wallet on their site and ran into a policy that is absolute piracy. They will not help me retrieve it unless it is over $5K and then they will keep 10% for themselves. They are pirates and I'd give zero stars if possible. I have filed complaints with the CFPB and my state attorney general. As an LLC, it will be difficult to collect a judgment. My best recourse is government. Poloniex and others help their users in similar straits. Addendum: as of today, the value of that bitcoin cash I sent is $7K+ and nothing further from them. I am going to arbitration with this.

"24-hour limit" apparently stretches for days. Whoever is programming this site has no clue about what they're doing.
