Support ticket #319522 long outstanding I transferred some Bitcoin into my account before realising I needed to verify my ID. Unfortunately I failed automated verification so I raised a support ticket. My support ticket #319522 has had no response since 19th October 2017. I signed up with Bittrex because I thought they were a reputable exchange but currently they are holding my money hostage. They shouldn't allow you to deposit before verification if they aren't going to give you access to your funds without it.

support ticket #436450 was enhanced verified for 6 months, all the sudden i'm downgraded to a new account because of a "name mismatch". can't withdraw my coins! outrageous, been more than a week still no supply from the support team.

Торговать удобно, НО ни в коем случае не заводите свои средства на биржу "BITTREX" Поддержка отвечает условно...."Решаемо" и на этом всё! Месяц пишу,они отвечают не сразу. Пишут, что решаемо, но ни какие монеты выводить не дают. И так уже больше месяца.Хотел отправить скриншоты экрана для достоверности, но здесь нет функции загрузки файлов. Всем хороших торгов на хороших биржах.

Worst customer support I have ever seen. It's been more than one month I opened a ticket and still no answer. 252 PAY tokens just disappeared from my wallet. I have accumulated PAY token from month without selling one of them and I keep all my buying in blockfolio to be sure of how many token I hold. One day I just realised my bittrex PAY wallet does ot match what I got in blockfolio, I double checked all my buying history on bittrex and it look like one order went wrong. They debit me my BTC but didnt not credit my my PAY token... So for now bittrex stole me about $500... and I don't know where they are In case you read me my request number is 299116. An angry and very disappointed customer.

I loved bittrex exchange up until I made a second account for my parents. Where I put in 1k of their money for investments and it’s been enhanced verified and everything yet it randomly disabled itself. I’ve now been locked out of the account for 2.5 weeks. I’ve gotten multiple support tickets telling me there’s been lots of volume but still no one has helped me fix this problem. Support ticket #426489

HI. This 1 star is still pending updates from the company. After 7 days of waiting i am still waiting for my support ticket the replied and resolved. i am having verification issues (new user) and i have money and investments in Bittrex. Support Ticket 439265

I had to disable my bittrex account myself because I was being hacked. I saved half my funds, and was calm, thinking it could have been worse and I thought I'd trade myself back up in no time. Almost two weeks later, bittrex has not responded to my support request 406700 to reenable my account. I have some alts that have decreased in value, and some BTC I couldn't trade during some golden days when I could have multiplied it significantly. I am depressed beyond belief. It is absurd that something like this can happen. I am originally from Romania (but have been in the US studying and working for 7 years), so my name does not sound American, and I am sure that's one reason I am not getting my request handled. I noticed that all the twitter posts where people claim their support request was not handled for WEEKS/MONTHS are foreigners. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND IS OUTRAGEOUS. I WILL NOT ALLOW BITTREX TO IGNORE MY REQUEST FOR MUCH LONGER SIMPLY BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGNER. I WILL GO TO EVERY WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN AND TO A LAWYER IF I HAVE TO.

They are absolutely rediculous, dont ever respond to problems and queries. I doubt if they even have human beings working there. Must just be crypto maniacs!!!!
