I sent Bittrex bitcoins from my exchange over 2wks ago and it was never credited by bitter into my wallet although i could see the btc on the site and (blockchain confirmed). I had emailed bittrex support team - till date my 3 emails have not been replied appropriately. They now sent an email with a btc address included that I needed to transfer some btc into this address before my account could be re activated (i had been using this fully verified account since last September without any problems). They have no telephone support. The worse issue now is that my existing coins on the bitrex exchange had been locked out such that I can't even transact with them. This is not fair, I am loosing money and feeling bullied at the same time. This is my hard earned money being held against my wish by this company. Their customer support is non existent--all you get is a generic response even on their ticket system. I really don't know what to do at this stage.... I support a class action against these irresponsible company. If concerned, Let us form a group to take this to the next level...

Around 20 request to change email address because they say it is "unverified" No response from a human, automated emails that have not solved the problem. They have my investment and losing money as I am unable to trade. DO NOT give your money to Bittrex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Similarly to others, I've tried to transfer out my Bitcoins this week only to realise my account was unverified. Followed the process and was advised it would be complete within ten minutes. It's now 3 days later and the bitcoin value (and my investment!) is falling rapidly!! I've emailed their support three or four times but no response. Non-existent. No phone number to call. Why don't they just validate accounts on opening? It's really frustrating to be at the right time to sell and not be able to.

This company keeps my money, and it takes them 2 months to verify my account. When it is finally verified they disable my account. So it is even worse, now i can't trade. This company is big but has a lot of mistakes. I want a compensation because they hold my funds hostage and don't do there best to solve the problems. I had to wait 2 moths, 2 MONTHS that is the worst support i have ever seen.

Completely unacceptable that my account is unable to transfer funds after having my account for a year with no problems. Regulations change and I get protecting customers but having to wait months to fix a issue with verification is unprofessional and will leave your customers no choice but to go to other sites for trading.

ticket #585801 I have now been waiting for months. My account is enhanced verified and has been disabled for no reason with funds on their. I am very stressed and the support team doesn't respond to my ticket. I think it's time we take actions in to our own hands. If this issue can be resolved then i'd be happy to forget about this but otherwise....

My relationship with Bittrex started with me eagerly wanting to get on their platform to start trading... that's about where it ended as well. While all my pals are surfing the bitcoin wave I am stuck with a verification issue.. for weeks. Their support is non existent.

Company has virtually zero customer support and waits until AFTER you deposit hundreds to millions of dollars into their system before blocking your account, especially for those who reside outside the USA.
