Garbage Zendesk Support, I asked them to delete my zendesk support account, which they refused because they have to hold my personal data. I did not gave them any permission to hold my personal data above what's required by law, of course. But they just blatantly refuse to take my account offline, I can still log in and I presume I will be able to forever. Not to be trusted.

I attempted a withdrawal that failed, yet Bittrex claim it to be complete. Opened a ticket with support but nothing. I supplied proof on etherscan and a screenshot of my transaction showing complete Support ticket Request #139148 COINS STOLEN

Bittrex lost my transaction even though I did everything right. After reporting the issue they were saying that they will fix the problem and that I have to wait. I waited for more than two months and talked to them several times every time hearing the same "need to wait more". At the end their chatline stopped accepting my chats and would end them straight away saying there is "nothing we can help you with". I am still waiting as of today. My advise NEVER USE Bittrex.

Do NOT RELY ON THEM. - My old phone broke down, and i wanted to disable 2FA authentication using their support. They kept sending me photos four times, and still not unlock my account. If you google you will see many complaints. Most likely, Bittrex is a SCAM. Only reason i've gained access was i luckily found my recovery key for google 2fa, otherwise i would have lost access.

They absolutely SUCK! Twice they’ve discontinued coins and my coins have vanished. This second time they vanished before the deadline they told me I had to withdraw. Bunch of crooks!
