customer service has been dismal. Just getting an account set up and running has been ridiculous. Response times may be days after the concern and some seem to just get left unanswered. the responses so far have been of no use. I finally got so frustrated with the service started searching on line for reviews, WOW, I'm not the only one with problems, Fortunately they don't have any of my money yet. I think I'm done.

Bittrex is a big scam...I have been scammed out of all my money and they keep on sending me emails to pay processing fees and maintenance fees. Firstly the emails they're sending is from a gmail account and secondly there is a thousand spelling errors in the body of the email ...red flags. Please people do not invest your money here, BIG SCAM and your money will be gone like mine is now.

Ik wilde na 2 jaar weer eens inloggen in mijn account maar dit lukt niet omdat ik een smsje zou moeten krijgen van hun. Dit noemen ze een two factor(2fa) inlog methode maar ik krijg geen smsje van hun. Vervolgens contact opgenomen voor hulp maar nadat ik foto's van mijn ID heb ingestuurd krijg ik gewoon geen reactie meer. Nu hebben ze zelfs mijn account helemaal verwijderd. Gelukkig stond er niet veel geld op, stelletje dieven dat ze zijn.

Unfortunately, the crypto space is plagued by scams and deferred accountability. The latter, being hailed as a feature and not a bug. I have deposited fiat to my account at Bittrex. Twice. As it said it failed the first time. I then checked my account, and they have taken both payments, but deny they have their end. So the money has left my account and placed in limbo, but I have not received the service. 10 days post, and still no refund, and no services/assets. The customer service have been non existent, and just kicking the ball down the road mentality, deferring the issue without looking into it, offering no advice or help, but just asking me to wait longer. This is 2020, transactions are no longer carried by horse and cart to the vendor from banks. There is no excuse to take 10 days + to return my money, after you denied me service at the first transaction. AVOID. They will likely exit soon. And we know how this goes down in crypto world.

Very bad support . Don't put money there. Very bad site to trade money. This site is for control and steal ur money.. If u put money in.. U can't get it out... Dont lose money on this site. Scammers

I can’t withdraw my founds every time I try nothing happens every other butting works on the entire web site except the withdraw butting

i wasted hours of my time on this crap. they can't even get a webcam camera working with the id verification check. I've tried 2 camera's. all working always, but not with this crappy site. If you press next (to see if something happens) it says already: Wait 5-10 min for varification of your ID. Well suprice. it wont be varified since the buggy website can't even activate my camera (which i never have problems with, with other sites). Another suprize: im waiting 1hour already for these 5-10min to pass. They got no help in chat. no phone customer service, not even a ticket system it seems (or at least i can't get further then a "ticket" button. It'll take everyone's word + my few hours of bad exp with this crappy Bittrex. Better try another one indeed.
