Same problem as other people stating they are having, namely the verification problem. Ticket ID 419189. Open for almost 14 days now. Once they verify my account I will edit this post. I still have faith, since I think they are simply outgrowing themselves and thus need some more staff before able to help everybody (in decent time). EDIT: It seems i was right about the outgrowing themselves part. They came trough and solved my ticket, getting my account enhanced verified and thus able to withdrawal. Just give them some time and i think everything will be allright for everyone. In the end their trading platform is one of the best Ive encountered so far. Very quick trades with lots of alt coins. Also, the one withdrawal i made so far, was completed pretty quickly.

Actually it took almost two months to become verified, so I could withdraw my funds. That was a long time, my money was stuck. But now i´m verified it seems to be working fine :-)
