The support is terrible. No answer for days. I have a pending withdraw transaction for 6 days now and opened a support ticket but nobody would answer. My crypto is stucked, cannot cancel transaction as it gives some sort of error and I just wait for support to give me a solution. Poor support.

Awful. Ridiculous amount of security. Correct email and password used, 2 factor authentication used. No. Still can not look at your account because you used a different device. No. I used the same phone, same browser I use for everything. Try to close account and withdraw anything in account and it’s near damn inpossible

If I could give a negative score I would, this has to be the worst exchange ever, I can’t access my Chromia tokens as they say it’s “offline”, the problem lies with Bittrex not Chromia, I haven’t been able to access them for months. Even when you raise a ticket you get no reply. In the telegram group you just get spammed off with excuses saying the engineers are “working on it”. It has literally been like it for MONTHS.

AVOID like the Plague: i will move all my coins out of this cex. they are thieves, my hydro just gone up massively, Bittrex decided to do maintenance, forcing me to wait , by the time the work is finish, coin will have dipped. This is trader robbery, when am loosing they dont maintenance . BASTARDOS
