I updated my review and give a 3 stars instead 1. Bittrex has a problem with sending emails. Looks like gmail account are work best for them.

Once it was one of the best exchanges, but now it is very behind competitors!

Grin wallet maintenance for mounths without deadline to solve, this is not posible on serious exchange, withdraw all and by bittrex, 3 star for good days

I have over $200,000 in an account, Because of a name mismatch I can only withdraw .4 btc a day. I lost a 30k opportunity last night. I understand that the market has gone crazy and everyone is under pressure but I haven't been able to operate properly for 3 weeks. I have sent everything that was requested of me and more, Passport, even proof of initial funds etc but this is desperate for me now and I'm not sleeping at night. Upon signup my first name and part of my middle name were missing. I have no idea how this happened and it was obviously not intentional because I gave my correct surname, date of birth, address and phone number. I even enabled 2FA, I could give less stars but I understand the pressure that the staff at bittrex must be under, I like the site and everyone has been courteous this far but I'm desperate now and they have all the ID they asked for weeks ago, and even accounts that the money was sent from for initial deposits (in my name) that was not requested. This is life changing money and I can't trade or cash anything over .4bc, less than 2% of my total account. Please help me bittrex, people are relying on me too. My investments went down $12,000 while writing this, PLEASE HELP ME! Thank You. Mark Segal

Help Section needs improvement and clarification and employees need to better learn the product! When I try to buy, I get an error message: MIN_TRADE_REQUIREMENT_NOT_MET They are hammered with business, like all platforms right now ... as it took days and then they responded once with a lame, incorrect response. They did eventually put me with a phone rep in India ... who was Awesome! Problem solved and I hope they're able to catch up soon!

Traded on bittrex for years and found it one of the most trusted exchange I ever used but this weekend suddenly my account is disabled. No warning, nothing, now I cant acces my funds anymore. The trades I had are ruined by now but I dont even care anymore because I cant withdraw any of my funds. No respons to support tickets, not to anybody so far from what I read on reddit, bitcointalk, and twitter. I hope I get a response and get acces to my account again so I can change this rating. ps: Im from the netherlands and have a verified account. Update: after 4 days my account was enabled
