I have been using Bittrex Global on and off for a couple years now. Always have been a happy customer. However, you won't have any issues with the platform until you do. Recently my token deposit to Bittrex did not show up in my wallet (previous deposits did). Contacted support, got a quick reply (within a day) and they escalated my ticket to a wallet specialist. It has been almost two weeks now and have not heard from them since. I get these are crazy times when it comes to crypto, but having to wait while your assets are stuck (when it's not your fault) is not a nice customer experience. Customer Support ticket #510875. I would not recommend Bittrex (Global) based on this experience.

Platform is prima zolang je geen problemen hebt. Handelen is overzichtelijk en de fee's vallen mee. Echter, de klantenservice is ruk en reageren slecht. Zou eerlijk gezegd een alternatief platform overwegen wanneer je twijfelt over welke platform je moet gebruiken.

This exchange is getting from bad to worse. I log in about two hours ago with Google Authenticator (2FA) code and it's asking me to login again and I have to key in the Google Authentication code too. Poloniex and Binance do not treat me like this.

I'm also "playing" with Bittrex for almost a month now, and the truth is you can easily put money in, but it's almost impossible to get any funds back in fiat. I even have 2FA enabled and approved, yet for a Bank withdrawal, i need to send them a support ticket?!? There are also a lot of weird limits like minimum trade for any altcoin with btc is 0.0005 which is almost 20 euro atm, or you need a minimum amount of a coin to even be allowed to trade that one, for example 21 ADA (Cardano) is the minimum if you want to sell or buy ADA/whatever and so on... Customer support doesn't exist at all, sent them a ticket because of a wrong transfer to one of their wallet addresses, never heard back. At least you can send crypto to other exchanges. Funny: half of the reviews here stating that bittrex is a scam, are themselves scammers with random mr. or mrs. blabla saved my money scams.... no hope....

Takes some time to get used to it and it can be a bit slow and cumbersome compared to more advanced exchanges like Binance but it’s got a few positives. They need to make it faster as seconds and minutes count in crypto and shares

Not really a good plattform - although they have nice feautures it seems like they are haveing trouble with the authorities atm.

Not that great of an exchange lots of problems with their website/deposits/withdrawals and their support can't even answer a ticket with a fix to our problems...
