Initieel had ik goede ervaringen met Bittrex. Ik kocht DFI en de withdrawal fees vielen mee. Toen maakte ik een fout om Dash erheen te sturen met het doel te verkopen. Ik merkte pas bij aankomst dat de coin niet meer actief was. Enige wat ik kon doen was terugsturen tegen 0.05 dash kosten a >17 euro momenteel. Terwijl de netwerk kosten veel lager zijn voor zover ik het kan zien. Daarmee ben ik naar Bittrex gegaan of er geen andere mogelijkheden zijn, zoals overname van mijn kleine beetje Dash of de kosten veranderen naar een juiste hoeveelheid. Echter hier werd vreemd op geantwoord na lang wachten. De klantenservice en de handling van coins en fees ben ik daarom niet blij mee. En ik zal Bittrex alleen gebruiken bij het hoognodige.

Platform doesnt work, havent been able to access my account in months, the confirmation link fails, support doesn't respond. They have all my money and I can't access it. Looks like this is a scam.

I have been trying to get my trading history for weeks now. Opened a ticket and get no human response or resolve. Have not had introductions or referrals added to my account. I would not trust this company. If you do, do so at your own peril. I will wait to see how long they take to resolve my issues with their terrible system and shocking service and such high transaction fees.

Sent some usdt through bep20 yesterday. Almost 24 hours, and the transfers shows at 50% done. Hope i will get them. Very slow withdrawing, terrible unintuitive app, high fees. Will never use.

Bittrex is not allowing many customers to withdraw their funds, without any legal reasons.  Bittrex disables customer accounts for months, Bittrex delists assets on disabled accounts and does other bad things, not allowing users to access their funds.Stay away from this exchange, I asked them for help for last 4 months they didn’t do anything for me and they stop communicating I lodged complaint through CFPB and FTC waiting for their action Make sure you report them toTHESE websites : Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): My ticket number : : 496538

Compte bloqué. Ca fait des semaines que j'essaie d'être vérifié mais ça ne marche pas. Support à nullissime, réponses automatiques, si je récupère mon argent je ne remets plus les pieds sur cette plateforme.
