Im not big on giving any site 4 stars. However, the customer service at Bitsky have been very accommodating when it comes to my customer experience. I was definitley very skeptic when I had first tried bitsky. Then I was able to redeem my sc. After the first time I was able to make several redemptions. The service here is very responsive and they even remember my girlfriend's name. It felt more like a personal expierence at that point. I would highly recommend this site over others also because of the variety of entertainment, something for everyone. I had underestimated the customer service from bad expierences on other sites. Bitsky has changed my mind and I continue to take advantage of what they have to offer. Everyone should at least try this site once, I love it, and I would BET you would as well.

Been playing here like a month or so. Same day withdrawals, nice game options. The only kick back is it’s not an instant withdrawal casino. But everything other than that is awesome.

Requested a simple bank withdrawal of $60. It says “Completed” but the money never arrived in my bank. They sent it via Solana crypto to a wallet I don’t own or control. Support admits they use Coinflow crypto rails but won’t give me a proper ACH reference number or proof it reached my bank. I’ve been given the runaround for days with vague promises and no real answers. Multiple chats and still nothing. If you’re thinking of playing on Bitsky.bet, be careful with withdrawals — they might send your money into crypto land instead of your bank account. **Will update if resolved** If this is still up the review is still accurate ***UPDATE*** I Received the $60 withdraw in my account this morning.

Its got a great set up.The only thing I can see that I would have done differently, is that there is a place for u to add money to the different platforms, but u cannot see how much money is left on them from the main screen. It's kinda a pain to have to go to each separate one to check the balance remaining. But other than that it's a great way to pass time and make a lil bit of money. (Or give it back) Thank you
