First of all, I love playing here. Normally the redemption process is quick. But every time I cash more than $100 they take forever! This is the third time I’ve had this issue. All customer service says is they have “pinged” the redemption team. I am ready to close this and play at other casinos. Stake redeemed for $500 took three minutes yesterday. Want 5 stars?! Do better!!

EDIT: after this review was posted, I was reached out to by someone from BitSky who was very, very apologetic about my experience and offered to correct it. I wasn't really so upset over the little $25 initially, more so how I was treated. This person made absolutely sure that i got my redemption which i appreciate and made me consider giving them another chance. won off my welcome bonus, was asked to provide my crypto address and did so, advised $25 was the max pay off free play. Kept checking back over the course of a week, getting answers like "please let us check on that" and "surely" with nothing else. In my last email I said "if you're a scam just say you're a scam" and got back a closed ticket lol. This was the AI overview my email app provided Bit informed Kayla that her withdrawal was limited to $25 due to freeplay winnings policy and requested payment details. Kayla provided her USDC Ethereum address, but later followed up multiple times regarding the delayed redemption. Bit acknowledged checking on the status, and the ticket was ultimately marked as Resolved by Bit.
