changes redeem requirements after the fact
This company solicits positive trustpilot reviews by offering expedited redeem quests. This company would not honor my rightfully earned redeem. They claimed I had "abused" promotions when all I did was play the games as I was allowed to on the site. Then when I played through the balance again doing "non abusive" play, they told me I needed to hit 2x my purchase balance to be eligible for a redemption, including a redemption that was already processed (I still haven't gotten it btw). Imagine going to a casino, buying chips, then them telling you you needed to win 3x your balance back to cash out. Ridiculous. This was also not in the ToS when I originally purchased, or I would have never touched this site. They were trying to rug a winner, plain and simple. Don't play here when there are dozens of reputable alternatives that don't pull moving-the-goalpost BS when you win fair and square. update: they did honor the pending redemption at least.
