The confusing thing about your website is that you have a sale on certain puzzles, however when I open the site with that puzzle, the size I want is NOT on sale at all.

we spend a lot on puzzles and you never give any deals and delivery tales a long time

I don't like the way you have from and the amount because you have to go into the info and then the size you want is higher

This co. has a fabulous selection of puzzles. There is a new one today I would love to have but - unless it is written on the box, co. will not volunteer if puzzle has a poster. (That info readily available on Amazon).

This company has a good selection of great puzzles at a lower price point then many other brand name puzzles and so I purchased 3 of their puzzles earlier this year. However, I was disappointed with the quality. The random cuts can be somewhat challenging as the pieces don't lock well and because the pieces are thinner then some higher priced brands, they tend to shift easily on the puzzle board or sections sometimes buckle easily.

Like many reviews I am disappointed with customer care! No response to my emails requesting information regarding despatch and delivery. Very pleased with product when it did arrive, it was as ordered. Could have earned five stars.

I have bought puzzles from this company many times and they are of good quality. Unfortunately I ordered three on 21st April and had confirmation on 23rd but not received them yet and have given up trying to ring them. I,m hoping they will arrive sometime. They need a better Customer Service Department.

ordered a jigsaw and claimed my free jigsaw- received the free jigsaw but not the one I ordered- now have been sent a cheque refund for the Jigsaw I ordered- but no refund on postage and packing so the Free jigsaw has cost me £4.99- not great customer service there
