Placed an order for a Tee Shirt 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything on shipping. The check order status link in the email goes nowhere. Also, calling customer service was not any better. Nobody answered after 10min wait and when prompted to have them call you back, they read out their own number and not yours. Who knows. Another scam for your $$. Maybe one day I'll learn not to buy anything advertised on the internet. Good luck my fellow shoppers.

Misleading website and what you order will NOT be shipped. Tracking number does not provide any information. Website states it is a Canadian company but ships from the United States. Do Not use this company. You will get ripped off. I have attempted to contact but no reply.

Bits and pieces always sends me catalogs with discount codes and they NEVER work

You promised me free shipping if I spent $ 24.99. The code did not work. I did not get free shipping. Bait and switch ! You cheated me out of $ 14.99. BAD

Received broken puzzle board. Want to return it. Customer service no help and they do not give return labels.

They have no helpful customer service. The reps can't do anything. Delivery is a problem. My 7-10 days delivery has been WAY LONGER and a nightmare from FedEx as well.

Advice to consumers:DO NOT give this company your email address when dealing with them. I ordered something a year ago and did so. Ever since, I have received one or two promotional emails A DAY. The company does not offer an "unsubscribe" function on its site, which I believe is illegal. And they never respond to my requests to stop the emails. To date, I have received 382 unwanted emails from them. Don't do business with this company.

This must be the most incompetent and dishonest company doing "business" out there. DO NOT USE AT ALL, esp. for XMAS ! Two puzzles arrived back to back. BOTH puzzles had between two and four pieces missing. Simply keep on scrolling to find this and even more egregious offenses being perpetrated by Bitsandpiecespuzzles. Bruce C.
