I was told I'd get free shipping a d 20% off at checkout. But I was never given the opportunity.

I thought a personal photo puzzle would be the neatest gift. But your website was so difficult to maneuver to add more personal photo puzzles. This could be so much better. I got one and it may be my last and only one. Fix this site guys. We all want more of this personal photo puzzles. RM

Where's the promised discount?? If trust pilot doesn't offer the advertised discount they should state that CLEARLY.

Shipping costs of the puzzle are exorbitant. Will not be ordering from you again. Please discontinue sending me a catalog.

I ordered a Standard Puzzle Plateau (1,000 Piece) which arrived quite quickly and is what I expected. With the receipt letter I was told that if I ordered within the next 30 days they'd take 10% off!!! As my wife wanted some new puzzles she gave me the info for them and I placed the order and tried to get the 10% off but nowhere on the order form would it accept this. I sent the company an email asking why I could not get the promised 10% off my order (which was over £60) but have had no reply. As I am an O.A.P. that 10% means a great deal in these hard times when trying to keep the books balanced with the cost of living crisis.

Delivery took forever! Made 2 Xmas gift orders. Ordered 12/11/21 shipped via Fed Ex Smartpost and arrived - no kidding - on 1/18/2022! Over a month! Second gift ordered 12/10/21 shipped via Fed Ex Smartpost was delivered on 12/31/2021. So, gifts were not delivery in anything close to a timely manner. Never received any emails from Bits & Pieces after a sinlge shipping notice with tracking number for each order. Nothing saying delivery would be massively delayed.

My order arrived today after 4 weeks. The order is correct and I'm happy with it. However having seen other reviews I was concerned and sent a few emails chasing my order, to which I got no reply and there was no dispatch note. The jigsaws are lovely but the customer service is appalling.

Tried repeatedly to order four puzzles online. Kept saying my email address or registration wasn't correct; no matter what I tried. I made sure all my info. was correct and tried several times either as a guest or as registering. Got an email from them saying they were holding my order; I tried once again to order and nope, it didn't work. I gave up. Shame as I liked their puzzles and prices; now after looking at these reviews, I am glad I gave up. Ordered elsewhere.
