The variety of puzzles.

I love puzzles that are equally challenging and the same size. This way when I finish each they fit perfectly in my custom built frame. This site is very easy to move around in. I love how I can go straight to items on sale, and then pick 100 piece puzzles, and gives me exactly what I am looking for. The images are amazing. I just purchased quite a few. Cannot wait to get started.

We bought a cube puzzle box and could not move one of the sides of the box. Hoping this wasn't due to user error, we called customer service and explained our problem. They offered to refund our money, but we asked for a replacement. We just got it yesterday and were able to solve the puzzle box. We took the other box and carefully took it apart to find one piece was accidentally glued to another. So glad the customer service department took our complaint seriously and helped us out without any hassle.

I really can't complaint. I got my order in less than a week with the exact puzzles I ordered. They are actually good quality ones! Loved it!😊

I purchased a Glow in the Dark puzzle and once it was put together, it didn't glow. I contacted Bits and Pieces about the issue. They immediately sent a replacement puzzle no questions asked. This company went over and above the customer service standard to resolve the problem. I've ordered from Bits & Pieces for many years. This is the first issue I've experienced. They sell quality products and back what they sell. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Bits and Pieces for all ages.
