I ordered a jigsaw from this company having phoned beforehand to ask how long it would take to arrive '7-10 days'. I called after 15 days to be told that this item is out of stock. This was not apparent when I ordered it. The person I spoke to made a very poor attempt to blame the American supplier, saying it was out of their control. However I have had no notification of the situation, and they need a much better way of feeding any stock issues with their suppliers into their own website. Really poor service, avoid this company.

Bought 2 x puzzles for a present got a confirmation but no despatch date. Chased 10 days to be told would be sent chased today a further week has gone by to be told they are out of stock. Do not buy from them such appalling service have asked for a refund and too late to get my mum a present now not happy at all thanks

Placed an order, nearly a month later nothing received, despite numerous emails requesting an estimate for delivery no response from this company. After further emails to request that the order be cancelled and a refund given, their reply was that the order would be with me soon, it wasn't!! Phoned them on numerous occasions, couldn't get through, obviously lots of annoyed customers, finally got through the operator straight away asked if my call was for an order not received, again obviously normal for this company. The operator said two items were out of stock so they'd be waiting for more before sending the rest of the order, WHAT??! I've checked my account this morning and no refund so I'm going to have to sit on the phone wasting my time yet again chasing this shoddy company. I usually check every company before I order but wanted a few gifts for relatives to help them through isolation I won't make that mistake again! Do yourself a favour and give this company a VERY wide berth!

Disgraceful con men. Never sent my order, despite numerous reminders but took my money. Email address of customer service is returned by mailer daemon. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. DON'T GET SUCKED IN LIKE I WAS

Very poor company won't use again. They took an online order, took the money. Only part of the order arrived. When contacted customer services was told the goods were not available, though you could still order the same goods online!,. Refund never arrived after 10 days. When called again was told refunds were given by cheque, and i will not be able to bank this due to covid 19 and local banks are shut. Advised the cheque is valid for 6 months. Refund due is two thirds of my original order cost. Dont order from this company there are plenty of others needing you business at this time.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the worst company on the net e mailed them no answer no goods took my money they are comment please please stay away and help close them down do not use them

Ordered a couple of puzzles on the 16th April and received an order summary. I replied asking about shipping dates. I've now contacted them 3 times to try and find out what is happening and haven't had any reply. Reading the rest of these reviews I'm now very concerned and wouldn't recommend ordering from them. May 19th update: Still no products! I've received automated emails and one follow up asking for more details?! But nothing since. Reporting to trading standards.

I ordered 4 puzzles and the order was confirmed and the money taken from my card, I chased for the order and was told it had been send to me on the 3rd April,there was no mention that only half the order had been fulfilled,when it arrived only 2 puzzles had been sent, I spoke to them and the advised me they were out of stock for the 2 missing puzzles and a refund had been sent to me by cheque the same day the puzzles were dispatched. As of today the cheque has still not arrived, I was told it had been delayed as the person issuing the cheques was only working part time and there had been a delay in sending them out, I did ask why the money had not been refunded back onto my card, the person I spoke to could not explain this ( in this day and age who uses cheques?) I should have received the cheque last week, but it still has not arrived and frankly I doubt it will. You cannot speak to anybody as they do not answer the phone, and they do not reply to e mails. I would not purchase from this company again and will now attempt to obtain a refund from my card issuer. Appalling customer service and it seems once they have your money that is it, regardless if your order has been sent correctly or not. Do not purchase from this company.
