We have been with Bitly for some 8 years; it's been okay until now - but we have just experienced a scandalous event. We are using their spoti.fi shortener and have been doing that for many years. Suddenly the URL does not work. We filed that problem with support, and two times they came back and told us it was now repaired. Third time, they admitted they are not able to control the URL any longer, and what is even worse, the older URLs already created and in "use", are useless as well. We have over many years pasted these URLs for our products on all kinds of social media platforms, sales sites, Youtube, etc.—a total breakdown for our system. No info in advance, no info on homepages or in support - even their own staff didn't know about it. Not even an offer of (for example) creating a redirect. What a scandalous behavior.

Ayant été entraîné sur ce site un peu contre mon gré, je ne peux que confirmer les commentaires négatifs aperçus ici. A fuir absolument ! J'y ai laissé beaucoup d'argent en pure perte. Déjà, les communications en audio vidéo ne fonctionnent pas, même avec la formule PLUS, alors que ce paramètre est coché dans les fonctionnalités accessibles. Ensuite, si par malheur on veut rajouter du crédit, ne fusse qu'avec la formule STANDARD, cette dernière option efface la précédente, offrant moins de fonctionnalités et surtout est sujette à renouvellement automatique après 14 jours alors que l'option précédente était valable un mois ! Mais pas de cumul possible, si ce n'est pour le crédit. Un comble ! J'ai eu recours au service assistance, pour réclamer, mais jamais aucune réponse ! Pire, alors que chaque transaction devait faire l'objet d'une validation par mes soins, au bout de 14 jours ( délais de l'option standard ), un prélèvement a été effectué automatiquement sur mon compte, alors que je ne m'en servais plus, ayant abandonné près de 300 euros de crédit. Or, il faut savoir que la durée de l'option est très aléatoire, mais plutôt tributaire de l'utilisation qu'on en fait, l'accès pouvant être retiré, faute de crédit, au bout de 3 jours ! Un vrai scandale !

Scam. Congratulations! I am 40 years old, and this is the first scam I have fallen for in my life. After you print your QR code on your promo materials, they block it and ask you to pay if you want to continue using it. So your choice is to either pull all promo materials back or pay them so you can unblock it. I will find all ways I can to leave them a bad review and probably legally sue them for scam.

Now a bait and switch scam company. I used the free service for many years to meet by basic needs, then they added ad delays to my old links forcing me to upgrade to their $120+ annual subscription because one of my links was being used in an advertising campaign. Old links should have been grandfathered in. I'll be canceling when the year is over. In the mean time I'm switching to a new provider.

worst customers service (non-existant). a few weeks ago I get an email from them saying there services will cost an extra USD 10 per month, for NO REASON!!! just a blatant price hike. dont sign up... you'll get stuck with them, having a hard time migrating to a better, cheaper, friendlier solution. they dont care!

Links that were working before suddenly stopped working. Some of these links were used in funding or sponsorship applications. This could really have messed things up if I hadn't spotted it when I did

Keine Kommunikation möglich. Ohne Vorwarnung Jahresbeitrag von 60 Euro auf 96 Euro erhöht. Grund? Keine Ahnung. Des weiteren ist die hinterlegte Kreditkartennummer September 23 (!) abgelaufen und dennoch wird Geld immer eingezogen?! Jahresbeitrag ist bezahlt also "bezahlt" und QR Code aktiv. Kündigung des Abos nur möglich mit sofortiger Desaktivierung? Also auf Wiedervorlage sonst verfällt auch meine bereits bezahlte Zeitspanne bis Mai 26? Hochgradig UNSERIÖSES Geschäftsgebaren.
