The absolute worst of the worst. Never agreed to a subscription and got billed for an account I cannot access, then no way to dispute the charge.

I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up for this service. I've been stung by their $120 auto-renewal with no warning and no means of redress. Please do not use this service.

Started showing ads on my links without informing me. Bait and switch.

They are standard scammers, tricking into credit card charges and refusing any refund.

This is a SCAM. They put you on an annual auto-renewal, but never advise you when renewal is due and you get billed for another year automatically - with no redress. AVOID THIS QR SERVICE

Bitly est une entreprises de voleurs je m'explique .... Ils y a 9 mois je m'aperçois sur mon compte un prélèvement suspect de 35€ fais par bitly j'essaie de comprendre a quoi sa correspond et je tombe sur leurs site j'essaye par tous les moyens de joindre quelqu'un.... Impossible et quand après de veine tentative j'arrive à avoir une réponse par mail me demandant des preuves de prélèvement que j'envoie bien-sûr pour un remboursement on me demande mes identifiants ainsi que mon mot de passe que je n'est pas vu que je n'est pas créé de compte chez eux et la réponse qu'on me renvoie poliment c'est " sans les identifiants on ne peux pas vérifier si c'est bien vous " pourtant le preuve de prélèvement devrais suffire faîte fermé les entreprises fantôme comme eux est rembourser les honnêtes gens que vous volé impunément

Suddenly the links won't work anymore!!! Will destroy your whole system when you posted them already. No info upfront! A complete nightmare!
