Excellent service from a very nice group of men. I needed tiles and, never having had to make such a purchase without my late husband to help me, I was a bit apprehensive. No need to be! The CTD staff at Portrack, Stockton on Tees were very helpful and kind. The selection of tiles to choose from was superb. Once my selection was made, the transaction completed quickly and efficiently. The tiles I was taking with me were carried to my car, and the tiles ordered were delivered the following day and carried into the house. I would unreservedly recommend CTD to anyone wanting a good product and excellent service.

First class service from the staff , we arrived at the store with our son and daughter inlaw on Sunday 23/2/20 around 10 05 had alook round saw a member of staff can't remember her name she was very pleasant and helpfull our son and partener were interested in the 15654 midni warfare dream bundle, asked for a demonstration which she was very happy to give they looked at another couple of prams once again very happy to give a demo, but they kept going back to the first one asked about the car seat again she took the seat out to see how to fit excellent customer service wish i could remember the girls name but was so excited about ordering the pram for our first granchild

My husband Thomas Lever MBE had his first cataract done on Friday 6th March 2020 at SpaMedica in Manchester .The staff were amazing, everyone did their jobs 100%. They provided free tea, coffee and biscuits. The lovely receptionist ordered a taxi for everyone who needed one home. He needs his other cataract doing in a few weeks time but he has nothing to worry about. Kind Regards Lesley Lever

Great experience, we were helped by Eilidh and she was fantastic, she had so much knowledge on all the different brands and had so much patience with us. She really helped us in making the final decision. Overall we had a great experience.

First Visit here at CTD and we were assisted by Debbie, who was very pleasant, experience and knowledgeable. Made our visit very personal and there was no pressure to sell. Would highly recommend
