BitcoinPenguinReviews of bitcoinpenguin.com

They are thieves I’ve deposited on there a few times it went through I played I lost every time and this last time I deposited it was confirmed on blockchain and it never was put on my account it’s been 2 days and they keep saying the same thing managers are working on it .. It’s ridiculous they are scammers and thieves

bitcoinpenguin.com do not pay out winnings, accused of creating duplicate accounts. I have not done anything like this, I only have one account in this casino. The casino does not have a license, so they can do anything with impunity. I am ready to provide any evidence of my innocence. They sent a no deposit bonus 55 free spins by email. I won it back successfully. Before starting to clear the bonus, I read reviews about this casino on another forum and people write that they may not pay. I asked in a live chat if they were really scammers, to which I was told that they do not pay winnings for multi-accounts, but I do not have them and I can play safely. After that I started playing and won back the bonus successfully. Then I decided to withdraw the winnings. I went to the chat again and specified how much i can withdraw. Agent was told that 0.01 btc, although the rules for the bonus say 0.03 btc and other players withdrew exactly 0.03 btc. after that my account was blocked for using duplicate accounts. At first, they refused to disclose the reason for the blocking, but then admitted that they blocked it for using an extension in the browser called veevpn. I am an absolutely honest player, I have only one account in this casino

Hi Ive been playing at Bitcoin penguin for over a year now, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Dont get me wrong Ive lost a few deposits as with any casino, but I uave won more than I have lost and Im on a budget as like most people in this pandemic so I usual never deposit more then 10 to 15 dollars worth of which ever coin im playing with at a time and I have cash out about every other deposit i make. there games are definitely provable fair there withdrawal process is simple and it takes them about an hour or two to send money but never the less it comes and the process is simple. Plus they have great bonus offer that start as little as 10 dollars or less to activate the bonus. I have never had a hard time when i request withdrawl and never been denied when i submit my withdraw information. So sorry for the few who have had a bad experience, but I have had great experiences and wins with this online site. I enjoy this casino and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Stay away!! They do not pay out. Tried to withdrawal after bonus play through had been completed and they literally just stole the amount I was trying to withdrawal. I am currently talking to a lawyer. STAY AWAY

This casino is by far the best bitcoin casino today. The superior support by Herman is by far the best I experienced. I highly recommend this casino to all players.
