What a scam, games stall out pause then drop losing combos Multiple deposits never up for a sec Follow site terms for minimum deposit for bonus then they change so you don’t get the bonus. Not surprised if they are running pirated software or something.

I had an email change between signing up and trying to make a withdrawal. So I can't receive a confirmation email and the casino won't process my withdrawal. I have emailed multiple times and tried the online chat. I was a fool to deposit here. BEWARE.

Last month there were some problems with deposits which is very concerning. Some took a few days to show up. This is a big NO for any online casino. I know these guys have been around for a few years and I have never had problems withdrawing / depositing other than the incidents last month. The only slots provider here worth a damn are probably endorphina. Don't put in more than you can afford to lose.

I'm also having the same issue. I made a deposit... didn't show up in my balance. Customer chat said they sent it up to their managers who are "working on the issue" Not even sure what there's to work on. I sent some crytpo, the blockchain has been verified, just add it to my balance. Have I just gotten scammed? EDIT: Once resolved, I will gladly take down this review. But as of now... the situation is ongoing

Same problem as gentleman before me: took deposit but never credit it to my account. Lets unite somehow; this is abusive and they don't care. I intended to cash out as soon as any decent win to get diabetic food; but Im an idiot for trusting Bitcoin Penguin. Never again. We must unite and beat it

I’ve been waiting for over a day for a deposit to be added to my account which was confirmed within 30 mins on Coinbase, and still has not been credited to my account. Now all of a sudden my depositing bitcoin address has changed (has always been the same one) and they keep saying the same thing “managers are currently working on the issue” this is unacceptable either refund the money back our manually credit the account like every other online casino when a deposit issue arises.
