BitcoinPenguinReviews of bitcoinpenguin.com

Most obvious game manipulation I have ever seen. Reels are suppose to land at consistent speeds, it is so obvious when they are being manipulated here, the games stall or the reels go different speeds. Incredible they think people are that stupid. They should be shut down

This place is the biggest rigged scam casino. I bought a 25 spin bonus and triggered 10 additional spins and didn’t win a spin. Went back played an additional 50 spins on the same Endorphina and did not hit a spin. 85 spins without a winning spin. You have to try and screw somebody that hard. Pirated software

Wow this place is awful. This is the most blatantly rigged online casino ever. So I went to customer service to tell them how nobody is this unlucky! Went back to the same BGaming slot after complaining and instantly hit a bonus feature, the next spin I get an error message then the bonus feature trips again right after the error message. How obvious can you be! Its all a scam and its the same customer service organization scamming everybody, all the same chat agents.

Blatantly rigged.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to begin by saying bitcoin penguin casino was my favorite casino In the past but recently it has done a hole 180 to become the worse casino I closed my account with them recently because the last time when I played there I was winning I was playing I'm back then I had 0.12500 bch when suddenly my balance was deducted so I saw my balance and told .myself what the heck and got out the slot machine I was playing and rushed over to speak with customer support as I was going over my bet history at the same time. it turns out that my bet history said on the history that I had played 3 bets on baccarat no commission. when I saw that I thought what the F since I knew it was not true and impossible for me to do so it showed that I made two spins a the slot machine, then switched over to baccarat then made a bet for 0.02500 bch. the first time then switch over back two the slot machine again then made another two spins at the slot machine all within in 1 second that's what it showed in my bet history the second time it showed that I again within 1 second that I made 2 spins switch from the slot machine I was playing. Then again when to baccarat but this time that my bet was or 0.10000 bch it did it to me 3 times. All 3 times I somehow was able to switch back and forth and made bets for different amounts in baccarat all 3 of the times all within one second which I can't load the slot machine the go back and for to baccarat all within 1 second. So when I told the customer's service lady by the name of Victoria she told me to give her a moment that she would be right back so I waited for 20 min but she did not return. To refresh the website on my Android and when it reload back on Bitcoin Penguins website I was no longer connected to victory lucky me I had sent the chat scrip to my email which I usually do as a habit all the time I play on casinos because you really won't be able to prove or do anything without the script to show as proof when some customers support agents say something then when u go and try to get what they offer you then they don't give what they offer. But they are not all like that. but like I was saying back to what happened to me the last time playing there. So when I saw that she was no longer in the chat I open it again and when I got a different agent I asked her to transfer me over back to Victoria, please. She told me ok then when she transfer me and Victoria came back on the chat I asked her so then what happened with my balance that was she able to see that in my bet history that it was obvious that there was a system error that I was sure because of what my timestamp showed in my bet history. I said don't you agree or what did you figure out?. Her response to my question was that there is no such thing as a system error that was not possible so then that meant that I was the one who went into baccarat which is a game which I never played in the past if you look up my history never in all these years have. I played that game and I am sure if she wanted to help me she would have seen that I did not play all my balance on a game that I never I have played not even once in my life and why would I bet all my balance on one bet. But she refused to do anything about it I thought that by looking at my bet history it would become transparent of what happened to my balance a system error which I had a few at Bitcoin penguin I had no choice and decided to accept my loss even though I know it was not fair for me but since Victoria was saying everything was in order. so that, I was then one, who made the baccarat bets and lost balance I know there is nothing I could do. but I at least will write about what happened to me so that my community will be aware of what could happen to them since it already happened to me I can't believe how they just took all my winnings like that even though there was proof showing the truth that's why I don't play there anymore for that reason

This place is the biggest scam around. I was up to 7mbtc utilizing their welcome bonus. With 20% left guess what they turned the games off like a light switch. They took back 7mbtc trying to play-through my remaining 5mbtc left in bonus. It could not be more obvious they alter gameplay as you near bonus completion. Stay away you will not receive fair gaming here.

Complete scam they make you play 3 times the amount you deposit before withdrawing which makes no sense because how would you even do that it would leave you with nothing and even if you do then they still won’t withdraw it for you and just decline it. They are only there to STEAL YOUR MONEY SO DO NOT PUT ANY OF YOUR MONEY IN THERE OR YOU WILL LOSE IT.

Total scam of a website, they refuse every withdrawal request, I was asked by them to name the games i played 5 years ago while they totally wiped my history so I couldn't answer, don't ever use this site unless you want to throw money away and make scammers rich. They constantly invest hurdles that they claim prevent the cashoits and their customer service is deplorable as you would expect from a scam
