I had an experience of a group of people impersonating Bitcoin IRA. They used the exact number that Bitcoin IRA would use. They called about a withdraw and wanted to see if I authorized it. Which I said I did not. Then I was transferred to a tech support guy that was asking a bunch of questions. The ones that stood out were if I have a hot or cold wallet that was connected to my account, what that particular wallet was, and if I had access to that wallet from my phone. I brushed off those questions saying I never use my cold wallets on my phone. They then wanted me to go to a website (that I can't remember) from my phone. That is when I asked for their names and that I would give them a call back... I called the same number that called me and was speaking to someone actually from Bitcoin IRA. Her name was Abigail and she took down everything that I could remember. She did an amazing job with making sure that my account was safe and that the incident would be reported. I want to thank her for her support. Be careful out there!
