I was most impressed with the fact that…I never had to wait to speak with someone.
I was most impressed with the fact that I spoke with real people in the USA, not someone in some far-off land. Secondly, it didn't matter who I spoke with, be it the VP or anyone in CS, they were all helpful, pleasant, and competent. Glad I moved my IRA to Bitcoin IRA!

Leslie Means is an exceptional
Leslie Means is an exceptional, caring, knowledgable, friendly and in the top 1% of all customer reps anywhere in the US. Helped us expeditiously solve our various issues with the account in such an exceptional manner while remaining cool and steady throughout the process. Inspired total confidence! She should be recognized and promoted to show others how to care of business. Certainly one of a kind among stars. On the other hand, I'd recommend management review and amend their overall fees amid various customer comments concerning their processes in light of the ever increasing competition and the bull market we are approaching.

Easy Process

FEES FEES FEES - Just buy the ETF?
Decent company... but the FEES are ridiculous! Am a customer for 2 years now... and looking to close my account and move funds to a competitor with LOWER FEES. Or perhaps even just buy the ETF so I don't have to pay these CRAZY MONTHLY FEES, annual fee, and fees to transfer $ in and out! Why should I continue as a customer when there are better, cheaper options to bet on crypto?

I had the pleasure of Lesli Means…Ive spoke to a Sean and a Brandon over the past couple of weeks they were good at their position as well but Lesli Means is exceptional.
