Excellent Customer Support - Timely!
When I called today for support I was really impressed with the customer service! Abigail was articulate, calm and willing to help me out in whatever way she could. My issue was resolved in about 5 minutes. She also got to the root cause of what was happening with my account and offered solutions. After spending over an hour today stuck in a loop with my insurance company this morning, my experience with Bitcoin IRA was nothing short of fantastic! Thank you!

Joelle is like the ideal Customer Service Rep
Joelle was like Super helpful/terrific in walking me through the entire process on the app after the Two ID verification, which is also excellent. She really knows her job, hopefully BitcoinIRA.com can at least give her a $1,000.00 bonus for her knowledge, Customer Service Skills & abilities, she really is understanding and just outstanding at her job!!!

Abigail was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the withdrawal process, and helping me find where that is on the website. She assured me that the website is being upgraded to make thins easier to find, too.
