I’m really surprised at people who don’t like this food. For a diet plan, it’s fantastic. Several other reviews said oh hello fresh was much better this is horrible. Well hello fresh isn’ta premade diet plan. If that’s what you were expecting then yes. Compared to nutrisystem it’s like a 10/10. Nutrisystem is disgusting. This is not like blue apron or hello fresh. Those meals are in upwards of 600 calories per serving. This is a convenient, very tasty, diet plan.

The food is exciting, delicious and filling. I'm losing weight and feel great. I no longer plan for meals, shop, prepare food, cook or have kitchen clean up. So, I exercise with the freed up time. Even when I reach my goal weight, I'll use this program to maintain. It's that good.

So far I have been happy with it. The meals are as tasty as they can be for being low calorie, low sodium, and without many artificial ingredients. They include a generous amount of vegetables and protein. There are one or two duds but you can specify which meals you don’t want to receive ever again. Great variety. Nothing has arrived late or thawed. Two day shipping time for me. But it is winter, so we will see. So far so good!

Anytime I had a problem or concern, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. It’s also really great being able to have access to a dietitian to talk to throughout my journey. I’m very satisfied with this service overall and would highly recommend!

BistroMD is a great diet plan! The entries are top notch...high quality ingredients, interesting variety, thoughtfully prepared and packaged. VERY DELICIOUS! The customer service is very satisfactory. I am 65 and while I'm not losing as quickly as I did when I was dieting as a younger women, I have lost 12 pounds since starting about 3 months ago. I am thoroughly pleased with this program.

The food plan has been instrumental in getting both weight and diabetes under control. Food answers the problem of how to fix a variety of healthful foods and not get bored by the menu.
