Great Weight Loss plan
I gave 4 stars only because the on-line experience is sub-par. They do not have a App so feel they are behind the times in this. This is important because all of the interaction is on-line. What they have works but needs to come up to today's on-line expectations. Having said this, I highly recommend BistroMD if you don't wish to prepare food or at least minimize the prep. The food has been excellent on those meals I like. There is some trial and error until you figure out what you like and don't like but I've been surprised a few times with meals I thought I would not like and did and vice versa. I'll emphasize this is not your typical frozen meal and the price reflects the quality and convenience. The plan also works to allow weight loss. I've lost over 10 lbs in 6 weeks and it was effortless. I was never hungry.
