There is eggplant in everything! Once I learned to navigate around it, mostly very good food.

Hi Kris, we're glad that you're finding favorites on the bistroMD menu! There are about 12 meals on our menu with eggplant out of over 150 options. If you need help removing them from your menu, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We hope you continue to enjoy the program and have great results!

Love that this meal plan, it has all fresh food and it helps me control my portions. If you want to control your eating habits and want healthy, fresh and delicious food options, I would recommend BistroMD

The food is good and it works if you stick to the plan. The customer service is very slow to respond and I wish they had a little more options for meals.

Some of the food is tasty, but there's not a lot of variety in it. Also, no sandwiches.

food is very good, but very expensive

I am on a heart-healthy, low-sodium diet and really love most of the meals I've ordered from Balance/Bistro. In fact, I haven't found any other meal service that features the kind of healthy, pre-prepared food that I need and want. There are times, however, when their selections in those categories are very limited and they also do not offer enough new selections. Overall, though, the meals are very tasty, well-prepared, and reasonably priced and their shipping is extremely reliable.

the food is awesome. the only complaint I have is the delivery system. Sometimes I get food very early into the next week and I am stuck with way too much food. I guess that's better than not enough food.

The entrees are great and the plan is very easy to follow. I have trouble with many of the vegetable sides. Some of them - most of the ones in tomato sauce - the okra, the eggplant zucchini mixtures - are so unpalatable that I throw them out, wasting food and money. I'd rather just have the plain veggies. If there's anywhere that could use improvement, it's the vegetable sides. If you'd fix that, then I'd happily give you 5 stars.
