BistroMD offers a wide selection of great food that is quick and easy to heat up. But you'll pay dearly for it (and not only with your wallet). The company often runs out of various items and substitutes them carelessly. You may get the same meal for lunch and dinner, or you might receive a lunch/dinner to replace a breakfast they didn't have. What's more, your food may arrive late -- sometimes by a day or two, and sometimes more. The real kick in the teeth is the company's profound silence. Be prepared to get several unwelcome surprises and to make frequent calls to Customer Service, where the reps sound truly embarrassed about what goes on.

I placed an order on Monday, noticed that there was more sodium than I would have liked and emailed to ask if there were other options and if I could delay the shipment by a week. I got a robot reply saying someone would get back to me soon. It’s now Wednesday and I am still waiting to hear back from them but apparently they are shipping meals to my Mom (who I bought this for) and I am about to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and deny the package.

I did not receive a shipping confirmation email for my first order and then when it arrived, the dry ice was all gone and half of the meals had started to defrost. Even the one that were still frozen, when I tried heating them up,were really gross. Rubbery texture, bland taste, and poor quality cuts of meat. This is cheap diet food and it tastes like it. The snacks also had a weird grainy texture. I couldn't eat any of the food and they would not do a refund. I highly recommend not wasting your money on this company! There are lots of other meals service providers that are way better and have better customer service.

Hi Team. Just want to give feedback to your bistro branch here in Asean Dr CTP building. I ordered Bistro Iced Coffee and when I tasted it it was really awful as it was not sweet, so what the 2 lady did was to put another sweetner then still its not sweet then the girl who act as the manager i think commented "ikaw lang yung ganyan ma'am" It was okay if the iced coffee was not that sweet if that is the really taste of it. however the comment of the lady and it was not explain properly. and before that when I asked about iced coffee she directly pointed to the poster well thats fine but did not give me other option atleast. hope you tale time reed this feedback

Some OK meals are drowned out by awful-tasting meals and poor customer service The website is hard to navigate, so I would regularly get a large shipment of meals I did not pre-select. All of the meals that were omelet, fish or crepes were unpalatable, and I tossed those into the garbage every time. Some of the other ones I got were ok: the meatball ones were fine, turkey was OK, and some pasta ones were fine. When I reached out to customer service to see if they would provide a credit for the meals that I tossed into the garbage, so that I would continue on as a customer and be more selective in my meals going forward, management dismissed my feedback and refused to offer any credit. BistroMD does not care about customer feedback or retaining customers. Avoid BistroMD.

On 6/6/2024 Bistromd.com took over $89.00 from my Visa but I was then sent 4 emails and 2 texts that I had things in my cart! I never ordered the food!! Im trying to get my money back. Today is 6/11/2024. I'm so very upset! Don't trust!! Karin Knott

I ordered the diabetic plan and the food was awful! The eggs were watery, the sauces were bland and the meats were chewy.

This food is disgusting!!! I contacted them on their website to cancel the subscription because the food is soo gross, but they sent out this nasty food to me anyway- they would not accept this food back and refused to give me a refund - now I am stuck with 2 weeks or more of horrible food that I probably can’t even give away!!! They do not give a guarantee on their food and that is the reason why!!! :/
