Bistro MD is fantastic!!! The meals are delicious and most of all they're nutritious. It's everything the founder of Bistro MD, Dr. Cedarquist, says it is. As Dr. Cedarquist points out, the foods we eat today are devoid of nutrition resulting in the need to eat more and more food just to nourish our bodies. Bistro MD strives to provide me with nutritious food that is satisfying and well balanced which alone satisfy my hunger for the day. It's also very convenient to have a constant supply of delicious pre-prepared meals more akin to having a personal chef than being on a diet, but yet I've lost 35 pounds since starting my Bistro MD and still going. I feel I've lost the weight in a slow healthy manner with a plan to make the weight loss permanent. Not just a quick fix. I have much more energy and can't remember a time when I've felt better. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this PROGRAM to ANYONE, even those who don't necessarily need to LOSE WEIGHT, but for those who are TOO BUSY to THINK ABOUT MEAL PREPARATION, and just want to EAT HEALTHY or ACCOMPANY a FAMILY MEMBER who is trying to LOSE WEIGHT!

Good food, easy to fix, might look expensive at first but start adding prep time, travel and convince, and just heading to a frozen pizza all the time not wanting to cook, it's worth it.

Bistro MD meals are tasty, and highly nutritious. i've reached and maintained my weight loss for two years. Sometimes I experience indigestion if I strictly follow the diet. I have a few food sensitivities, but the program is flexible enough that I can avoid those meals that give me the most trouble. Even so, I find that I have to take frequent breaks from the diet. I am careful not to stray too far during those breaks, so it does not present a problem in maintaining weight loss and optimum health. BistroMD makes an effort to add new meals, so I am finding it easy to avoid boredom. BistroMD has also made efforts to improve the packaging and delivery system. Over time, they have reduced the frequency of plastic meal containers being shattered by contact with the dry ice. But I think that the plastic film over these containers should be better sealed because sometimes the contents spill out of containers that are not damaged. Not only do you lose part of your meal, you're left wondering if what's left could be contaminated. And it makes a mess when you unpack them to transfer to your freezer. But it has been my experience that whenever a problem has arisen, the Bistro MD customer service team has dealt with it in an efficient and professional manner. For that reason I give BistroMD five stars.

BistroMD is a truly wonderful program and I cannot say enough good things about it. The best aspects BistroMD are the delicious and filling entrees, the ease of weight loss and maintenance, as well as the convenience of eliminating cooking and trips to the grocery store. I have been receiving five days of meals and snacks per week for the past two years. In my first six months, I lost 42 pounds and found the entrees and snacks to be very satisfying. I have remained on the program because I love the convenience of having my week's meals arrive on my doorstep. This has also helped me to maintain my weight loss.
