I just received my third week of food from Bistromd. It arrives at my door, on schedule, packed in dry ice, ready to pop in the microwave and eat. It is hard to believe that I am losing weight with the quantity of food provided each day. I am never hungry and some days I can only eat two of the three meals. I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and cannot eat anything that is the least bit spicey or has a high acid content, such as grapefruit. With Bistromd, I am able to choose my food and eliminate any dishes that my stomach doesn't tolerate. Since I am somewhat disabled, I also like having all my meals delivered to my home. Because it is so convenient , I think I will continue the plan even after I reach my weight goal.

After trying so my diets and reading so many diet books and failing I finally stumbled across BistroMD. I was simply amazed at how the pounds just fell off. Weighing myself each morning was meet with excitement and joy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to lose weight.

As a long time customer (over 3 years), I can still say I am completely satisfied with BistroMD. Due to some health issues, I decided a meal delivery service would be a benefit to me. Plus, I have horrible sense in trying to put meals together and my cooking skills were (are) truly lacking. BistroMD saved the day. I get three solid meals five days a week (no more double take-out orders to have food for the next few days during the times I can not get out). And the best part is, the meals show up right at my front door! No shopping, no guessing, no mess. My meals are ready quickly (so no more worries about being too tired to try to put something to eat together), and are exceptionally healthy, delicious, and nutritious in addition to being more than satisfying. I have very specific likes and dislikes and BistroMD accommodates my requests readily and cheerfully. I have found foods that I would have never tried on my own that I truly enjoy and look forward to receiving. I can put my meal delivery on hold when I need to with absolutely no worry. For those who want specific diet advice/information, the dietitians are right there for support and a review of BistroMD would not be complete without mentioning the exceptional Customer Service team! BistroMD is always enhancing the program with new meals and services so a long-time customer, like me, still has new experiences. I could not be more pleased with the services BistroMD provides!

I'm on my first week of the Bistromd plan and I can't believe it is a diet plan. There are larger portions than I usually eat and the food is so good. I may actually be able to stick with this plan and reach my goal weight.

BistroMD, came in to my life, when I was getting discouraged about losing my last 15 pounds. I could not get in the mode of creating healthy neals for myself. I saw BistroMd on Dr Phil. At first I thought, it must be too good to be true. I called and asked many questions. No gimmicks. No "fees", no committment to them, ( only to yourself). There wasn't any reason to NOT give them a try, as I could quit any time........ fast forward 3 1/2 years, and i am still ENJOYING This program!! The food is scrumptious, it always tastes fresh, very well rounded, great portions. I lost my weight in the first few months. I am a busy woman, and thought, hmmm, why not continue to enjoy the BistroMD meals, when I get home late, within 6 minutes I have a hot yummy meal. This program has saved me time, and money, and has kept me healthy. My blood pressure is lower!!! BistroMD has by far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, around. They are kind, friendly, and are readily avilable to help with your menu. There is, also, a nutrionist available to aswer your questions and/or concerns, I will continue my journey with BistroMD, as it keeps me in check,mthrough hooidays, and vacations. The support you get from Bistro Buddies ( not sure who coined this, but someone did on FB):), on FB is amazing. We all are in this together,5 pounds, 100 pounds, You can do it!!! I have been very satisfied with the program and I have put my Wife on the program as well.

I was a 300+ pound man, over 60 and sedentary due to a car accident. When I started BistroMD, I didn't have high expectations when I saw the size of the meals. But, I was astoundingly surprised that from day one, I was completely satisfied between meals, not the slightest bit hungry, and ready to blow my diet! I can also say that the meals are as tasty as any frozen meal I've ever tried, a lot more than some, and the delivery has been very, very timely. Customer service has been a good source of answers to questions, and encouragement! I have lost over 65 pounds, at a pace of 2 - 3 pounds a week. I am on the 5 day plan, and cheat a little on the weekends, but I'm learning from the plan how to adjust my regular eating habits, so when I go off BistroMD, I can make the adjustment. I would heartily recommend BistroMD to ANYONE trying to loase weight!

Customer service is very responsive. The new website for menu customization is excellent. The food is so much better than alternatives. Some meals may not quite be "gourmet," but they are always at least good. After I lost most of my weight in the first year, I decided to switch to grocery store options like Lean Cuisine, Amy's Light meals, and Kashi meals. I started gaining weight back. I came back to BistroMD and was again blown away by how much better and satisfying the food is. No weight loss is friction-free. I stuck to the plan. I was hungry a lot. However, the quality of the BistroMD meals made it easier. In the end, with good meals and discipline, I lost 12 inches off of my waist, with virtually no exercise.
