The food is amazing, and it's hard for me to understand how I'm losing weight, but I am. The portions are pretty big, and the kinds of food I get to eat are definitely not what I thought I'd be eating on a diet. It's great to not have to think about what I'm going to prepare for dinner, or worry about which fast food chain I might wind up eating at for lunch. I did have an issue with one of my meals being incorrect a few weeks ago, but their customer service team was really good about refunding my money for the meal, and they had me contact their dietitian to get suggestions for what to prepare in place of the missing meal. The dietitian I spoke with was great, and she made me feel really comfortable talking to her about my weight loss and even suggested that I call back in a few weeks to see if any changes should be made to my diet if I plateau, which was something I shared almost always happens to me when I'm on a diet. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone!

All meals are great tasting. Food also tastes fresh, unlike any other pre-frozen meals. Snacks are also very good.

I have just received my first shipment of meals. Love the variety and very tasty, I feel rich.......why you ask? We'll I have a personal chef to balance my nutritional , healthy meals delivered to my door.

The food was great. All the food groups were represented in all meals and I didn't have to cook anything to add. This made the eating plan easy to follow and adhere to. As a result, I lost 14 pounds in about 3 and a half months. The food was tasty and felt full after eating. I didn't know how great this program was until I tried another program that required points/calorie tracking, had bland food, and required me to cook my own vegetables. I needed easy and effective and bistroMD is just that.

I have tried about 9 meals, and everything is delicious so far. The price is the only obstacle in the long run. I wish they had discount for customers that are already ordering.

After much research I decided to try Bistro MD, the food looked good and I really sat down and evaluated what I felt my time and my health was worth. I placed my order on a Friday night, and on Wednesday I had received my first order. I have now had 4 days of meals and with the exception of 2 meals I have found everything to taste absolutely delicious!!!! The portions are great and I feel very satisfied after every meal and not hungry between meals!!! I only eat the meals that are delivered and 2 servings of fruit a day ( sorry the snacks I ordered were really really yuck!!!). Do follow the instructions and thaw in the refrigerator out a day or 2 in advance it cooks faster IMHO. If you're on the fence, just order , you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!
