I cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer service. I did alot of research before i decided to choose BistroMD I have never done a meal delivery service before and was unsure if it would be a good fit. I placed my order on Sunday late 11pm and was unable to log in to my account to customize I was a little worried so I emailed, made a phone call left message and did a chat online. I did not think anyone would respond being it was New Years day the phone noted they would be closed. But I received a call from Amanda that night 5pm cali time which made it 8 pm their time. I was so impressed they took the time to call me and reassure me they would put my two orders on hold until the next business day which would be Tuesday and make sure I could log in to customize my first "oh so important" order ;) The next day Tuesday I received a call from Chris who was more than helpful and accommodating in helping to ensure that I got off to a great start with BistroMD. It has become a rare thing to have such wonderful customer service. This is why I want to take the time just as they did to make sure anyone who is contemplating trying BistroMD GO FOR IT!! why wait any longer it could not be any easier to lose weight the website is super easy to use and the tools they have to assist you are great. Thanks Chris and Amanda for being such great examples of what caring customer service employees should be I hope BistroMD recognizes you!! After my 1st shipment and I and my picky ;) fiancé try out the food I will update how it is going. They make it so easy and delicious!

Most of the entrees have excellent flavor for frozen meals, and the quality is good.

I have been on the 5 day/week weight loss plan for about 12 weeks and have lost 23 lbs. The meals are so handy. Taste good enough to eat but not so good I want more. A delicate balance that works for me. Would love more Mexican and Asian choices.

I love the food and have lost weight so far . I am loosing slow but steady which fantastic as I am post menapausal

I have definitely felt better since I made the choice to join the bistroMD program. You are able to pick a program that is suitable for you and your health needs. I also like the fact that you can look at your menu ahead of time and change entrees if you like. I can actually say I enjoy eating the bistroMD entrees. Because the meals taste good and are good quality I have made better choices and have no problem drivIng right past that fast food restaurant that I pass everyday on my way home.

The menopause plan work for ladies experiencing difficulties losing weight because of this awful change of life. I have lost weight and work out with weights since it my preferred method of exercise. I feel toned and I have been told I look fabulous for 54 years old, nice to hear at this age. The food is exceptional and I love when they add new entree's to the menu. My only feedback is to have my profile updated to reflect my plan that was chosen and to allow customer service in the chat box to assist immediately vs. having to send a separate email to them if you have questions or want to update any of your food options.

I love this program for a lot of reasons. The food, the delivery, the convenience, the choices, and the results. Unfortunately for me, I can not afford it. $150- 220 a week is way over my budget, But I would recommend it to anyone that can afford it!
