I am on a weight loss program that started 20 days ago. I lost 10 lbs so far... so it's working! The food tastes fantastic - and I tried many other food deliveries before. I will definitely stick with Bistro MD!

Good food with good portion size. Filling. I like that it's nutritionally balanced. Also, I don't like going to meetings, so this plan works well for me.

The Menopause Plan - 3 Meals/5 Days I am losing weight. About 1/2-1 pound per week. I was hoping for a faster weight loss but realized the meal plan is helping me better understand my true metabolism rate now that I am in my early 50s. I thought I needed about 1400 cal to lose weight but realized the true number is closer to 1100-1200 cal. That was tough at first but through BistroMD I am eating healthy, preservative-free, and tasty food. I learned that I was not eating enough calories, good fats, and proteins at mealtimes. I cringed at the fat grams and the amount of protein in each meal, but I have realize my hair and skin are starting to take on a healthier glow even while loosing weight. I was constantly starving on other plans and would cheat with healthy items such as nuts, only to find that I just consumed a meal's worth amount of calories in one handful. The Biggest Benefit - Being able to eliminate problem foods and still have a good selection of meals. I was turned away from other plans because they could not eliminate problem foods. I suffer from migraines related to food preservatives and/or enhancers such as msg, sodium nitrate and sulfides. I also have a sensitivity to whey protein and was able to remove all of them from my plan. Overall Cost - It is going to cost me more than I originally planned but my grocery bill has reduced. Also, I can still enjoy meals with the family (Mom of Teens) on the weekends and have not totally blow my weight loss journey. I am just getting better at a Pre-Menopause portion at meal times and cooking with good fats, carbs & proteins. Finally, I appreciate it may take time to fully reach my goal but have recently noticed that my pants are fitting better and I get to eat carbs. My mid-section is starting to trim down. I thought this would never happen at my age especially since I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs.

I wanted to share that I have found this service to have the BEST customer service ever!! I was looking specifically for a home food delivery service that would be a weight loss plan for me, and I found an Excellent one. I called with all my questions, and despite their telecommunications being affected by the recent hurricanes, Rebecca in Customer Service got right back to me. And not just on one occasion. I really can't say how much I appreciated her and the company's concern for my satisfaction. Thank you BistroMD! I highly recommend you.

I have just started the program. So far I have been happy. The delivery was easy and eco friendly. The meals are tasty. Some people may think the price is high but I can spend $30 dollars a day easy if I eat out for all 3 meals AND not be eating healthy food. I really enjoy the convenience of having a meal ready to eat in 3-4 minutes. So far so good.

Wow. Loosing weight slowly but surely. Waist from 41 down to 38. For an older guy that's terrific. Enjoy the food and look forward to each meal. I take one lunch a week out with friends and one dinner a week out with my wife. I stay with high protein, one glass of wine and....one scoop of ice cream. Gotta have it. I exercise 5 days a week on my rowing machine and in short...I have never felt better. I don't weigh often. If I've lost a lot I am tempted to reward myself with extra food and if I haven't lost much I become discouraged. So I just watch my Levi's getting looser and looser and enjoy feeling lighter. I make my own snacks and have become proficient at creating the 100 calorie bite. Keep up the good work.

This is the best diet food I have ever tasted. I don't like everything and that is normal as everyone has different tastes. Sometimes I think I will not like it and love it. My husband also eats it at times and really enjoys it. I just wish you had different plans such as breakfast and dinner as I do not eat lunch. Another thing the portions are large and I am filled on eating.

Love it! I have lost almost 20 lbs. It seems at first to be too expensive, but when you factor in the time and cost of shopping, preparation and waste, it really is cost effective. I am eating delicious meals everyday without the worry and stress of what's for lunch or dinner. I wish the phone app was better as I don't have a PC, so I can't customize my menu. Other than that, customer service is amazing!
