I feel the need to mention my exceptional experience with Bistro MD Customer Service phone line. Twice I made calls for help on different questions I had. I was truly impressed by the courteous, knowledgable and professional service I received from the two agents that helped me. Good service deserves acknowledgment.

I was so appreciative of the customer service response to my new account. The team responded quickly and explained the issue. Jessica was very helpful and resolved my request for referral discount with a better solution. She was extremely helpful.

BistroMD has helped me maintain lost weight from a 2018 gastric bypass. The GP was just a tool for better health and with my history of weight gain and poor food choices, I knew I would need more tools, guidance, and plans to continue to stay healthy. I joined bistroMD years ago. Over the years, I have randomly purchased meals including breakfast and snacks, and overall, was very pleased. Customer service has always been amazing. Today I spoke with EMILY - another example of why I love this company.

Emily in particular is always very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great too. The FedEx office occasionally delivers a day late but when we call it in Emily remembers us and takes care of it right away in a very professional and friendly way.

Sometimes a situation happens that’s out of someone’s control. It’s not that it happens, it’s how the situation is rectified that matters most. Todd from BistroMD was fantastic in helping me get a new order sent out immediately. His help was much appreciated, but the way he handled the situation by gathering information & helping in such a professional & friendly manner was exceptional.

I got this for my dad, 85yo, who was finally serious about following a low sodium diet. He was in the hospital twice in one month for congestive heart failure. He had to change the way he was eating if he wants to live. He and my mom both have diabetes also and find it hard to stand for long periods to cook. They relied heavily on prepared food and eating out. They have had this delivered for about two months now and love the food. The variety and the ease of just popping it in the microwave has been amazing. Both have lost weight have reduced swelling in their legs and feet better sugar readings and are just doing better in their health. The customer service has been great Emily and another gentleman I spoke with were very helpful. They even arranged for my aunts and uncles to pay for a few deliveries for a Christmas gift. Over all this company has exceeded my expectations on every front.
