This program totally worked for me
This program totally worked for me. I lost 35 lbs in about four months and definitely enjoyed the meals and snacks. It was very easy for me to follow the program (though I did cut down on alcohol consumption as well) and I'm getting close to my target weight.

Food is great
Food is great, I’m getting my portion control back & not hungry for junk food. Fedex is great delivery also.

Some meals are very good and I enjoy…
Some meals are very good and I enjoy those. Some are mediocre but I have the option to opt out of those I don't care for. But the wonderful part is that I'm losing weight. I purchased the snacks so I can keep my hypoglycemia controlled. I highly recommend this meal plan and I don't have to cook it. *********

To date is great! Would love to be able to pick let’s say 5 meal choices as favorites so they come up more often.

Great program!
I love the program and think there are lots of positives. I wish I got an email reminder or a text that said make sure to make changes for this week's meals. Or they would look at my ratings of what I like. Especially when I get busy. But over all, it has been a great experience and I have not had any issues!
